1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Websites also use similar tools: local and session storage (data saved in your browser), embedded services from other companies, and session recording. In this policy we call all of them “cookies.”
2. Your Choices
- How it works: When you first visit, a notice tells you about these tools. After a few seconds it tucks into a cookie icon at the bottom of the page, or you can open Cookie Settings anytime in the footer. Analytics and functional tools are on unless you turn them off. Marketing tools stay off unless you turn them on.
- Change your mind any time: Use Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page, or tap the button below. If you choose Reject, we stop our analytics and session recording in this browser and delete the analytics cookies we set.
- Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as Reject for that browser, unless you later turn tools back on in Cookie Settings. Browsers do not agree on what “Do Not Track” means, so we follow Global Privacy Control instead.
- Where your choice is kept: In your browser only. If you clear your browser data or use another device, you will be asked again.
- Our record of your choice: Each time you choose, we save a record: a random ID, what you chose, the date, this policy’s version, and your region. We keep it to demonstrate compliance with your preferences. It does not include your name, email, phone number, or IP address.

- Cloudflare Turnstile & Edge (Necessary, always on): Cloudflare · Embedded service & security cookie · Per form submission / 1 year. Checks that a person, not a bot, is sending a form and protects against DDoS attacks.
- Web chat & registration forms (Necessary, always on): LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) · Embedded service · Set by LeadConnector. Loads on pages so you can chat with our team and register athletes. LeadConnector may set its own cookies to make the forms work.
- Google Maps (Functional): Google · Embedded service · Set by Google. Shows the interactive map of our Oklahoma City indoor turf facility. Google may set its own cookies.
- PostHog analytics (Analytics): PostHog · Cookie and storage · 1 year. A random visitor ID so we can count visits and see which training programs help families find what they need. Not linked to your name.
- PostHog session keys (Analytics): PostHog · Session storage · Until you close the tab. Tracks one visit and one browser tab for analytics and session recording.
- PostHog session recording (Analytics): PostHog · Embedded service · Recordings kept 30 days. Records clicks, scrolling and page changes so we can see where the site is confusing. Anything you type is hidden before it leaves your browser.
- Google Analytics 4 (Marketing): Google · Cookie · 2 years. Measures visits from our ads and which ones lead to player inquiries. Off unless you turn it on.
4. Session Recording
With analytics on, PostHog records how pages are used: clicks, scrolling, and moving between pages. We review these recordings to find parts of the Site that are difficult to use. Before anything leaves your browser:
Everything you type into any input or form is masked and hidden, personal player details are stripped, and network request bodies are omitted. Kept for 30 days. Only our team and PostHog, as our service provider, can see them. To stop session recording, choose Reject or turn off Analytics in Cookie Settings.
5. Measurement on Our Own Server
When you interact with the site, our first-party proxy at /chalk routes PostHog events through our own domain. We strip third-party cookies and forward only the client IP to PostHog US cloud infrastructure. No personal text or unmasked form fields ever pass through.
6. Other Companies’ Tools
Some tools on the Site come from other companies. They may set their own cookies when you use them: PostHog (analytics and session recording; posthog.com/privacy), Cloudflare (website hosting and spam check; cloudflare.com/privacypolicy), LeadConnector / HighLevel (customer messaging, chat, waiver, and intake forms; gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy), and Google (facility map and Google Analytics; policies.google.com/privacy).
7. Controlling Cookies in Your Browser
Your browser can block or delete cookies. If you block all cookies, the Site still works, but interactive features like the map, web chat, or registration forms may require cookies from their respective providers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when the tools on the Site change and update the date at the top. When the list of tools changes, the cookie notice appears again so you can review your choice. A choice to turn something off stays off.
